Concept and Features:
Nestled in the heart of Wentworth Point, Le Velo Restaurant and Bike Café warmly welcomes families, tourists, and enthusiastic cyclists, immersing itself in the vibrant mosaic of coffee and cycling culture that characterizes this thriving community.
The design ethos orchestrates a contemporary symphony, skillfully coordinating the grandeur of soaring ceiling heights and an expansive, unobstructed floor plan. Majestic double-height windows grace the space, bathing it in ample natural light and framing captivating vistas of the meandering river. As you step through our doors, a transformative journey awaits on the second floor, where an art gallery takes centre stage, providing a splendid canvas for the creative expressions of local artists. This elevated space also serves as a sanctuary for patrons to engage in social interactions and moments of leisure.
With meticulously curated diverse seating options, from expansive communal spaces to intimate alcoves, we invite diners to revel in shared culinary experiences. The ambience crafted radiates inclusivity, ensuring that all our guests find a welcoming haven.
Incorporating a custom-designed staircase from Arden that adheres to the highest standards of professionalism and design. This staircase, more than a practical passage, serves as a captivating connection between the restaurant and the art gallery on the first floor, an artistic masterpiece in itself. Anchored by robust structural concrete columns and adorned with durable concrete flooring, this design narrative elegantly marries industrial aesthetics with an energetic, vibrant ambience that harmonizes with the indomitable spirit of Wentworth Point.
